About the Role

Our vision is to become the default operating system for freelancers worldwide — the platform they open first every morning to see exactly what they need to do, what’s coming next, and how their business is performing. Achieving that vision means solving complex design and engineering challenges, such as:

• Delivering real-time financial insights across multiple currencies and payment platforms
• Creating AI-powered business forecasts that are accurate, actionable, and easy to understand
• Designing ultra-intuitive dashboards for users who are not “tech people” but need tech to work flawlessly
• Seamlessly integrating with dozens of third-party tools without slowing the platform down

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and product teams to build new features from idea to launch
• Optimize for speed, simplicity, and reliability across web and mobile
• Work on integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and productivity tools
• Ensure security and privacy for sensitive financial and client data
• Continuously improve performance, UX, and scalability as the platform grows

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 2+ years of experience shipping high-quality products at a startup or SaaS company
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PostgreSQL, or serverless architecture
• A track record of solving challenging technical problems in resource-constrained environments

Bonus points for:

• Experience in fintech or payment integrations
• Familiarity with AI or data visualization tools
• A background as a freelancer yourself — you’ll understand our users from day one
