Navid Ahmed is a skilled software engineer and entrepreneur with a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification, specializing in cloud development and innovative platform building. As Head of Engineering and a founding team member at LuckyBet, an online sports betting and iGaming platform focused on user experience and security, he played a pivotal role in its successful exit. He has also co-founded ventures like Hyperion and LivFree, and is part of the Antler 2024 Founder Cohort, showcasing his ongoing commitment to tech startups. Navid is now the tip of the spear for Crescita coming on board as technical co-founder and head of AI.

Jorge is VP of design and board of advisor for Crescita AI. He is also VP of Design at Nex, where he helps lead strategic and creative design of product and user interface across the company. With close to 20 years of design experience, Jorge's resume includes work on interface design for some of the most influential products of our time, including the Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod, AppleTV, Siri, CarPlay, Oculus Rift, and Google Assistant. He also spent the early part of his career in various design roles at marketing and advertising agencies producing award-winning work for clients such as Coca-Cola, IBM, Xerox, and Target. Rafał Karp is a Senior Software Engineer at NVIDIA with deep expertise in XR technologies, CI/CD systems, and real-time rendering. His career spans top-tier companies like Microsoft and Amazon, where he contributed to large-scale distributed systems, metaverse infrastructure, and mixed reality platforms. Holding a Master’s in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology, Rafał also authors research in machine learning and graphics, with published work in GAN-generated game assets and real-time lighting.

Ahmed is a Software Engineer at Google and former Amazon engineer with around 10 years of experience across Big Tech and startups. He has co-founded projects in graphics, fintech, and edtech, and supports early-stage ventures as an investor.
